These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RK Marine Services website at rkms.ae (the "Site") and any information, materials or services made available through it. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you use it applies to that use. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Site is operated by RK Marine Services FZ-LLC, an independent marine inspection and vetting company based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Where these Terms refer to "we", "us" or "our", they refer to RK Marine Services FZ-LLC.

Information on the Site describing our inspection, vetting and survey services is provided for guidance only and does not constitute a contractual offer. Any inspection or survey we carry out is subject to a separate written engagement, quotation or agreement between you and us, which sets out the scope, deliverables, fees and specific terms for that work.

Our reports and findings are prepared on the basis of the vessel, cargo and conditions observed at the time and place of attendance, and are for the use of the commissioning client only. They should not be relied upon by any third party without our written consent.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and design — is owned by or licensed to RK Marine Services FZ-LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not otherwise copy, modify or distribute Site content without our permission.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep the information accurate and current, we make no warranties that the Site or its content are complete, error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any information on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability arising from any inspection or survey engagement is governed by the terms of the relevant written agreement.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights. It sits alongside our Data Privacy Policy.

What we collect: contact details you provide through enquiry or contact forms (such as your name, company, email address and phone number), the content of your message, and limited technical data (such as your browser type and general location) collected automatically when you visit the Site.

How we use it: to respond to your enquiry, to provide and administer our services, to improve the Site, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so.

Sharing & retention: we do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers under appropriate agreements, or where required by law, and we keep it only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations.
